LaGrange Park, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These homeowners had an old deck they wanted to replace with a sunroom addition. We tore out the old deck and dug out a trench and slab foundation. Once the concrete had cured, the room goes up quickly.
The finished sunroom is fantastic! These homeowners went with a low profile studio style roof. This sunroom addition is a three season room, meaning it stays comfortable the majority of the year. Inside, we finished off the back wall with a cedar ship lap transition wall. Overall, this sunroom turned out great!
