They were looking to add more space for their growing family to use throughout the year. We removed the old deck and poured new foundation. Once the foundation is finished, the framing can go up quickly.
A fantastic build! These homeowners went with an all season sunroom with a studio roof. This sunroom features double pane glass, security doors, and 4″ inch thick insulation. Inside, we installed an accent wall to cover the exposed brick and finished off the room. Stunning!
