Wilmette, IL sunroom remodel completed in 2023. These homeowners had an old sunroom that was uninsulated and very drafty during winter months. Although they loved the space, they wanted to upgrade it to a better version of the same thing!
The sunroom remodel turned out great! Because this was a sunroom replacement, we could reuse the concrete foundation and avoid pouring another one. We remove the old sunroom, and built an exact replica on top of it. This is a four season sunroom, meaning it is fully insulated through the hot and cold months.
