North Aurora, IL Under Existing Three Season Sunroom, completed 2021. These homeowners had a perfect patio area that would easily lend itself to an under existing sunroom. There is very little we have to do to prep a space like this. We removed the decorative pillar, and prepped the area for two walls to go up on ether side.
Our customers love under existing rooms because they are the most affordable patio enclosure. These home owners went with a three season room, which is perfect for a room like this. Not only is it a lower cost, but the room will share the heating and cooling system of the main house. This room will remain comfortable for the majority of the year, with a few weeks of extreme weather to deal with. Overall, a beautiful sunroom build!
