Joliet, IL three season sunroom, completed 2020. These homeowners had an old peeling wooden deck. The wood was warping and rotten. They wanted to remove this old deck and add on a three season sunroom instead.
Before Pictures

The foundation for this sunroom was laid back in the fall when it could properly dry. We came back to complete the frame once we had all the materials from our custom manufacturer. All the framing was completed by two of our skilled sunroom builders over the course of a few days.
In Progress Pictures

The completed sunroom features a studio style roof. The framing is white aluminum, with single pane glass. These homeowners chose to go with the upgraded 4 1/2″ insulation, rather than the standard 3″ that is in most three season rooms. We built custom stairs and added a porch light.
After Pictures

Aside from this Joliet, IL three season sunroom, we have completed other projects throughout the Chicagoland Area. See our work in Bolingbrook, New Lenox, Naperville, and Romeoville. Check out our Gallery for even more before and after pictures of our work.
