Naperville, IL three season sunroom, completed 2020. These homeowners started with a brick patio off their kitchen that they wanted to add a sunroom to. You’ll see in the photos how we removed the bricks from the area we were working on. The concrete foundation had to be just right so the step down from the kitchen was level. Once that was done, we could put the framing up.
These homeowners are thrilled with the results! The finished sunroom has a studio style roof, concealed electrical, and its own draining system. A few of the other features they chose was:
- Single pane windows
- 3″ inch thick foam insulation
- Ceiling Fan
