Skokie, IL sunroom addition completed in 2023. These homeowners wanted to add additional space to their brick house. They hired Envy Home Services to build an all-season sunroom addition. This project required a trench foundation to raise it to the height of the house. Our crew then built a sturdy wood frame and subfloor that would support the weight of the new sunroom. After that was complete, the room addition could go up quickly.

The completed sunroom turned out amazing! These homeowners went with a low profile studio style roof, and wooden entry steps. This is an All-Season sunroom, meaning it is meant to withstand both summer and winter conditions and remain comfortable. Each of our sunrooms are custom made to order by out manufacturer and assembled on sight.
