The old concrete patio was removed and replace with a solid concrete slab. The inside of the room was finished with wrap around pine ship lap. The shiplap not only finishes off the room, but also allows for a clean transition into the house rather than siding.
The completed sunroom is an all season sunroom, meaning it is made of 100% virgin vinyl. This sunroom will last many years, and has a 30 year manufacturing warranty. These homeowners when with a lower profile studio style roof, with 8 foot ceilings.
