Schaumburg, IL master bathroom remodel, completed 2021. This client wanted to updated her outdated master bathroom. She had an angled vanity with two sinks she wanted to replace with something more modern. In addition, she wanted to take out the Neo-angle shower and install a walk in shower. However, this required some modifications in order to get the space we needed to build the walk in shower.
The walk in shower was built custom with a 4.5 inch threshold. You’ll see in the in-progress photos the shower door is missing. We have to order this after the shower is finished to ensure a perfect fit. The vanity went in after the hexagon tile floor was finished, and you’ll see it’s missing a top! That is added later as well, to make sure everything is level.
The final shower is stunning! This shower door is a three piece system, with a swing style door. The homeowner went with a rain head shower. Furthermore, the vanity is now a single sink with a custom angle to fit along the wall. Look at how the tile in the corner is the same as inside the shower. Excellent design choice!
