Lake Villa, IL Three Season Sunroom addition completed in 2022. These homeowners had a patio area in their backyard they wanted to enclose with a three season sunroom. We meticulously cut into the patio to pour a new trench foundation. This sunrooms needed to be elevated slightly so it was level with the patio door.
The finished sunroom is a three season gable roof room. This sunroom will maintain temperature throughout the majority of the year without the need for heating or cooling. The gable roof allows for the ceilings to be higher, making the room feel larger. Each of our sunrooms are custom built to order from our manufacturer.
