Palatine, gutted bathroom remodel, 2023. These homeowners had a bathroom that had been previously demolished. Some of our customers choose to do this as it not only saves them money, but makes it easier to spot future problems. Any time we start a remodel, after demolition we do an inspection of the plumbing and stud work to ensure there will be no problems that arise during installation.
These homeowners wanted to install lots of beautiful wall tile, which means we needed to fill in the areas where the drywall was missing with durarock. Durarock allows us to lay each tile as flat as possible for a perfect finish.
The finished bathroom turned out great! We love the combination of the tiles. These homeowners now have a functional bathroom and couldn’t be happier!
