Waukegan, IL four season sunroom, completed in 2022. These homeowners started with a back patio area they wanted to enclose with a four season sunroom. This sunroom required us to pour a new trench foundation to support the weight of the new room. Once the concrete sets, the room can go up quickly. Each of our sunrooms are custom made to order by our manufacturer Craft-Bilt in Pennsylvania. These are 100% made in America sunrooms.
The finished sunroom features a lower profile studio style roof. The homeowners chose to install an overhead ceiling fan for air circulation. Each of our sunrooms comes with custom windows and doors. Our tamper proof locking system will ensure safety for your family and pets!
