Orland Park, IL three season sunroom, complete 2021. These homeowners had a back patio they used frequently for entertaining. They wanted to add on a sunroom addition in order to make better use of the space during the colder months.
The homeowners wanted to replace their patio along with building the new sunroom. You’ll see in the pictures below how we framed out the patio in order to get a perfect curve along the outside. We dug down the trench for the sunroom foundation, and then poured fresh concrete. Although the patio looks like brick work, it’s actually a stencil!
Once the concrete is set, the build goes up fairly quickly. We custom order the sunroom from our manufacture, and then assemble on sight. This is a three season room, meaning the temperature remained comfortable for the majority of the year. The final build features simple pane glass, 3″ thick insulation, and concealed electrical. They also choose a studio style roof to complement the rest of the home. The homeowners were thrilled with their new sunroom!
