Olympia Fields, IL patio enclosure 2023. These homeowners had a back patio area they frequently used during the warmer months. They hired us to enclose the space with a three season studio room so it can be usable year round.
For this enclosed patio, we had to remove the existing brick work to install a new foundation. This sunroom sits on a trench slab, which means that we dig down 48 inches for the frame of the sunroom to sit on. This step in the process has to be perfect in order for the whole sunroom to come together!
The finished sunroom turned out great! These homeowners went with a studio style roof with skylights. This is a three season sunroom, which means it will maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
