Lake Villa, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These home owners wanted to add a sunroom addition to their patio area. We used the patio door as the sunroom entrance and dug a trench for a new foundation. This sunroom was build during the winter, which creates some challenges but we install sunrooms year round and know how to operate in cold weather.
Before Sunroom Addition Pictures

This sunroom required both a concrete trench and a wood foundation to raise it level with the house. Once the foundation is down, the room can go up quickly. The area where the sunroom meets the foundation will eventually be covered with aluminum sheeting to keep the wood protected from the elements.
In Progress Sunroom Addition

The finished sunroom features a gable roof, which allows for higher ceilings. These homeowners went with a three season room, meaning the addition will remain at a comfortable temperature the majority of the year.
