Green Oaks, IL all season studio sunroom completed in 2023. These homeowners had back patio area they wanted to remove and install a sunroom addition. We tore up the existing concrete and poured a fresh foundation. The existing patio door and entry to the garage stayed the same. We installed a fantastic pine accent wall to tie the whole addition together.
After the trench is dug, we pour the concrete and let it cure. Once the concrete sets, the walls and roof can go up quickly. Each of our sunrooms are made to order with custom doors and windows.
These homeowners chose to cover the space where the addition meets the home with pine shiplap. The rest of the well is exposed brick which had been painted previously. We installed the flooring, ceiling fans and heating and cooling units once everything we complete.
