Elgin, IL second story four season sunroom, completed 2022. These homeowners had an old screen room at ground level with a deck on top. We removed the old deck and transformed the space into an all season sunroom. Inside, we used pine to create a transition from inside the sunroom into the house.
The finished sunroom sits on a custom deck. These homeowners went with a gable or a-frame roof for higher ceilings. This sunroom features 4 inch thick insulation, and is fully temperature controlled. These homeowners love their new sunroom and deck!
