Alsip, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These homeowners had an old screen room that was in need of some help . One wall had some structural issues, hence the plywood cover. They hired us to remove the old sunroom and build a brand not three season room in it’s place.
This sunroom features a wooden deck rather than a concrete slab due to how high it will be off the ground. These homeowners chose to install a hot tub, which had to be installed prior to finishing the room. After the hot tub went in, we built the room around it, including the roof to ensure a proper fit.
The finished sunroom is a three season room with a low profile studio style roof. The homeowner went with two sliding patio doors and custom wood steps. This room will remain at a comfortable temperature for the majority of the year with little additional heating or cooling needed.
