Palatine, IL four season patio enclosure, completed in 2023. These homeowners started with a back yard area they wanted to enclose to add additional living space to their home. They hired us pour a new concrete foundation and install a custom Crafit-Bilt manufactured sunroom addition.

Once the foundation is set, the room can go up quickly. These homeowners chose to go with a studio style roof, which is a lower profile. They opted for us to install a stunning pine back-wall to act as a transition point from the brick. Overall, this patio enclosure turned out great!
