Wauconda, IL three season sunroom, completed in 2019. These homeowners were interested in enclosing their porch with a sunroom addition. The old deck was a nice place to entertain, but only in the summer months. We removed the old deck, and laid a new concrete foundation.
The final sunroom features a studio style roof, which is great for those looking for a lower profile. These ceilings are standard 8 ft tall, with aluminum framing. Three inch insulation was used here, which makes this room a three season room. To finish off the interior, we used a decorative pine wall for the transition into the home. A fantastic finished room!
