Winfield, IL three season room completed in 2022. These homeowners had an elevated deck they wanted to enclose with a sunroom. We tore down the existing deck and dug a new trench foundation. Then we installed new piers for the reinforced deck that the sunroom would sit on top of.
The final sunroom turned out great! We finished up the deck, and covered the elevated area with additional panels. The area below can now serve as a storage area for patio furniture.
