Schaumburg, IL three season room completed in 2022. These homeowners had an old deck they wanted to tear out and replace with a sunroom addition. This built required a concrete slab, as well as a raised wooded foundation and a custom deck.
We removed the old deck and cracked concrete slab. Then we poured new concrete for the decking to sit on top of. Once the foundation is finished, the room can go up quickly and we got started on the custom deck.
The finished sunroom features a gable roof sunroom for maximum roof height. The frame is cast aluminum, with 3″ insulation. Each door and window is custom made to fit the sunroom with safety locks included.
