Schaumburg, IL small bathroom remodel completed in 2023. These homeowners had an outdated bathroom they wanted to update. We replaced the vanity, flooring, and converted the tub into a walk in shower.
This bathroom remodel required us to make some changes to the size of the drain to accommodate a new walk in shower. Any time we do a bathroom remodel involving a wet area, we always recommend to the homeowner to replace the plumbing so we can ensure it is tight. Any and all rotten subfloor and wall studs are removed and replaced, with all new copper piping installed. These homeowners went with an acrylic wall system, which is stylish and will last a very long time.
The finished bathroom is stunning! We installed a modern vanity with a quartz top and under-mount sink. The homeowners went with a sleek and modern finish on all their fixtures and a dark slate colored tile floor. The shower area turned out great with a beautiful sliding door and acrylic base.
