Vernon Hills, IL four season sunroom completed in 2020. These homeowners wanted to add a sunroom addition on their home, but had no exit on the southern side of the house. We removed a portion of the siding and the exterior wall to add a sliding door. We build a wood foundation for the sunroom to sit on, along with custom steps.
The finished sunroom is a four season or all season room. This room will remain a comfortable temperature without the year. The frame is 100% virgin vinyl with 4″ inch thick insulation. Each window is custom made to order, along with the security doors. These are triple pane windows with argon gas to maintain temperature.
