Richton Park, IL three season sunroom, completed 2021. These homeowners had a patio in their backyard they were interested in replacing with a sunroom. We removed the entire patio, and dug down a trench for the foundation. We were careful not to damage or disturb the siding so that the room would join onto the house properly.
The finished sunroom is a three season room, meaning it maintains a comfortable temperature for most of the year. Our manufacturer, Craftbilt, fabricates the custom frame out of aluminum. This sunroom has 3″ thick insulation, security doors and locks. You’ll notice it also features a studio style roof.
