Northbrook, IL four season sunroom, completed 2020. These homeowners were looking to add on a sunroom to better enjoy their back patio during colder months. We started this build by carefully cutting and removing some of their existing patio for a trench. Then we poured concrete on top and build a wooden foundation. The walls and windows went up after that.
Before & In Progress Pictures
The finished sunroom featured a gable style roof to match the rest of the house. This particular build has skylights, internal electrical, and 4″ thick insulation. The framing is 100% virgin vinyl and custom manufactured by Craft-Bilt.
