McHenry, IL Three Season Patio Enclosure completed in 2023. These homeowners had a great ranch style home they wanted to gain some additional living space for. They hired Envy Home Services to install a patio enclosure. We started by removing the concrete slab to make room for a new foundation. This is a trench style slab, which means that the permitter of the foundation is dug deep to support the frame of the sunroom. Once the concrete cures, the new sunroom addition can be installed quickly.
The finished patio enclosure sports a studio style roof, which suites this kind of house well. They went with a three season room, which means the room will maintain temperature throughout the majority of the year. Each of our sunrooms is custom built to order from our manufacturer.
