Homewood, IL patio enclosure, completed in 2021. These homeowners had a patio they frequently used, and wanted to add a sunroom onto. They went with a three season room with access through the sliding door. Although the patio was not in terrible shape, it was uneven on one side and not high enough to meet the door. We poured fresh concrete foundation and began the framing process.
The finished sunroom is a studio style roof with 8 foot walls. The framing is coated aluminum, while each window is fitted with a custom screen. This room will remain comfortable the majority of the year, while shielding from bugs and wind.
