Highland Park, IL four season sunroom, completed in 2020. The homeowner had a three season room that was completed some time ago. They wanted to replace it with something better!
We tore down and hauled away the old sunroom. After pouring fresh concrete, we went in with the framing. Once the frame was up, we applied the windows and the doors that came custom made from Crafbilt, our manufacture.
This addition turned out perfect! The exterior matches perfectly with the silhouette of the home, and the gable roof was an excellent choice. We love the view of the yard from inside of the sunroom!
