Elk Grove Village, IL three season sunroom completed 2019. These homeowners started with a cracked patio leading from their living room. They wanted to remove this patio and build a three season sunroom instead. We poured new concrete, and removed the siding to make space for the new addition.
The finished sunroom is a studio style roof. The framing is aluminum, rather than vinyl, which is the reason this is a three season room. In addition, this sunroom features custom insulated glass windows. The insulation is 3″ thick to assure this room stays comfortable the majority of the year. The electrical is all internal.
