Elgin, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These homeowners had a small patio area off the back yard they wanted to add a sunroom addition to. We tore out the old patio and poured a new concrete slab. We also added on another patio to the right of the sunroom addition.

The finished sunroom turned out fantastic! These homeowners went with a gable roof to take advantage of higher ceilings. This is a three season sunroom, meaning it will maintain a comfortable temperature throughout most of the year. Inside we installed a decorative cedar shiplap wall to transition from the brick exterior to inside.
