Elburn, IL three season sunroom, completed 2021. These homeowners had a simple set of steps off the back of the home. They wanted to better utilize the open back door by adding on a sunroom addition. We started with digging the trench for the foundation. The trench has to be quite deep in order to support the framing for this custom build sunroom. Next to the sunroom, we built out a concrete patio for entertaining.
These homeowners love their new sunroom atop combo! The finished sunroom is made of aluminum framing and has a studio style roof. We used 3 inch thick insulation so that this room is comfortable during most of the year. A beautiful, classic build!
