Batavia, IL Porch Enclosure completed in 2022. These homeowners had a porch area they wanted to enclose to create more living space. They hired Envy Home Services, a premier sunroom installer, to get the job done. We tore down the existing deck and poured a new trench and slab foundation. Once the concrete cured, the sunroom can go up quickly.
The finished porch enclosure turned out great! The homeowners went with a three season studio style sunroom. This kind of sunroom addition will remain at a comfortable temperature for the majority of the year. We also added a custom concrete patio to finish off the space.
