Arlington Heights, IL Three Season Sunroom, completed in 2020. The homeowners had a concrete patio they wanted add a three season room onto. They had two entries to the back yard, one from the garage and a sliding door into the dinning room. We stripped off the siding from the working area and laid fresh concrete for the foundation.
Once the custom sunroom arrives from our manufacturer, we went to work putting together the aluminum frame. We replaced the sliding door with a new one, and frames both it and the door to the garage with drywall. You’ll nice we upgraded the electrical for a more finished interior look in this indoor/outdoor space. The final sunroom is excellent! Here are some of the other features the homeowner chose:
