Before Photos

Wauconda, IL Bathroom Remodel, completed in 2020. The client had determined that she never used her jetted soaker tub and wanted it removed. Instead, she wanted to make a large walk-in shower. We ended up replacing the shower area, flooring, vanity, doing some painting and updating the lighting.

In Progress Photos

Wauconda, IL bathroom remodel in progress photos. These photos were taken after the demolition was done, during the plumbing update. We replaces all the plumbing behind the shower to ensure a water-tight seal. After this step, we had to leave the plumbing exposed for a short period in order to pass city inspections. After that, we could get to work on the tile in the wet area. You’ll see the tarp covering the base along with a bucket of plastic spacers in the last photo.

After Photos

This finished bathroom is phenomenal! You’ll notice we added a second linen closet on the other side of the shower with pull out drawers for easy access. Inside the new shower, we have two niches for storage. The smaller one at the bottom is actually a shaving niche, which our customers who shave their legs love! This shower features duel sprayers on either side, and a beautiful mosaic waterfall. The double vanity is seriously an update from the old one. Both sinks are under mounted, and we removed the large mirror in place of two smaller ones for some visual interest. A perfect remodel that our client ended up loving!
