Downers Grove, IL three season sunroom addition completed in 2022. These homeowners had an elevated deck they wanted to transform into a sunroom addition. We removed the old deck and poured a new trench for the wood foundation to sit on top of. Once the foundation is set, the walls and roof can go up quickly.
The finished room turned out great! These homeowners went with a three season room, which means it will maintain temperature throughout most of the year. They also chose a lower profile studio roof to go with the silhouette of their home. We installed a custom stairway up to the sunroom, and a door to access additional storage under the sunroom.
