North Aurora, IL three season studio room completed 2021. These homeowners had only a small set of steps from the back door into the yard. They wanted to build a three season sunroom, as well as patio space for relaxing and entertaining.
Each of our Craft-Built sunrooms are made to order. We start by preparing the area for new foundation. The poured concrete takes time a cure, and will depend on the weather. After the concrete sets, we can quickly out up the framing. This sunroom is made from aluminum framing, with 3″ inch thick insulation. Three season sunrooms will stay comfortable for the majority of the year.
The final sunroom turned out great! These homeowners are thrilled to have a space to relax and entertain that will stay comfortable throughout the year.
