Oak Forest, IL three season sunroom completed in 2021. These homeowners had an old screen room they wanted to replace. The old room had a few broken windows, as well as some problem areas where the room joined with the house. We tore the old sunroom down, taking care not to damage the roof. The roof needed some minor repairs, but we were able to use the existing concrete slab.

The finished Oak Forest, IL sunroom has an aluminum framing, with 3 inch thick insulation. This is a three season room, which means it is comfortable for the majority of the year here in the Midwest. The homeowners went with a studio style roof, which is a lower profile. The homeowners are thrilled with the final product!
