The last few steps to finish off this sunroom include replacing the rest of the patio with fresh concrete, and installing the overhead glass. When we install gable roofs, they require custom glass that is installed after the roof goes in. This three season sunroom features aluminum framing, with 3″ thick insulation. Three season rooms stay comfortable the majority of the year without the need for dedicated heating and cooling system.
