Naperville, IL three season sunroom, completed 2020. These homeowners started with a brick patio off their kitchen that they wanted to add a sunroom to. You’ll see in the photos how we removed the bricks from the area we were working on. The concrete foundation had to be just right so the step down from the kitchen was level. Once that was done, we could put the framing up.
