Matteson, IL All Season Sunroom completed in 2020. The homeowner had a sliding door that led out to a concrete patio. We removed the gutters and fascia in order to make room for the new addition. You’ll notice that the concrete step down had to go, but the existing concrete was in good condition.
The final product is a perfect studio style All Season Sunroom. The exterior matches the existing stile, and the roof has a great low profile. The inside is stunning! The entry door is the same, while we added pine slats over the exposed brick for an interesting design. The floor is luxury vinyl planks. The interior is fitted with its own electric, as well as a heating and cooling system you’ll see near the floor.
