Lindenhurst, IL Three Season Room, completed in 2021. These homeowners started with a wooden deck they often used for entertaining. They wanted to replace the deck with a sunroom addition for more usable space to entertain. The space presented some challenges, as you can see a pump system for the pool, which is just beyond the deck.
For this sunroom addition, we removed the old deck and dug a trench for the concrete. This will serve as the foundation for our build. Once the concrete cures, we add on a wooden frame at the height of the back sliding door. The walls go of fairly quickly after that.
The final product is fantastic! These homeowners went with a studio style roof for a lower profile. We added custom steps into the the sunroom, along with security locks and doors. The windows here are double pane tempered glass with argon gas inside. Overall, this sunroom overlooking a pool turned out fantastic!
