Lincolnshire, IL three season sunroom, completed in 2022. These homeowners had a back patio area they frequently used for entertaining. They wanted to enclose the patio with a fantastic three season sunroom. We started by cutting a removing a portion of the patio in order to pour a fresh concrete foundation. After the concrete cures, the walls and roof can go up quickly.

These homeowners went with a pine accent wall as a transition into the house. This three season sunroom is made from a cast aluminum frame, with 3″ thick insulation. The room will remain a comfortable temperature the majority of the year. Each window is custom made with an included screen. An overhead fan helps circulate the air during warmer months.
