Huntley, IL three season patio enclosure completed in 2022. These homeowners had a back patio area that was perfect for a sunroom addition. We removed the old patio and poured a new trench foundation. Once the concrete sets, the walls and roof frame can go up quickly. We also added an addition patio just outside the sunroom for more entertainment space.
The final patio enclosure turned out amazing! These homeowners went with a three season sunroom. That means the room will remain at a comfortable temperature for the majority of the year.
