Hoffman Estates, IL all season sunroom, completed 2021. These homeowners had a nice patio off their back door that they wanted to better utilize with a sunroom. In this case, we did not need to remove the old patio as it was in good shape. Instead, we added another concrete foundation on top to ensure the new addition was level.
The homeowners choose a gable style roof to match the silhouette of the house. To do this, we removed and custom cut some of the siding to make space for the roof to fit. You’ll see in the photos where we joined the roof with the side of the house. The vinyl frame is fitted with 4 inch thick insulation and custom triple pane windows. This room can be temperature controlled throughout the year.
The final look! Each of our sunrooms comes with screens for all the windows to keep out pests during the summer months. The sunroom is fitted with concealed electrical wiring and security doors. We love how this sunroom turned out!
