Crystal Lake, IL three season sunroom completed in 2022. These homeowners had a bare backyard that was begging for a sunroom addition! We poured a concrete slab, and built the contagion up so the room was flush with the house.
This sunroom required both a concrete slab and a small deck to raise to the the rest of the house. Once the concrete is set, most of the room goes up quickly. You’ll notice some plywood at the top peak. We order custom glass for that hole once the roof is installed so it fits perfectly.
The final sunroom is beautiful! These homeowners went with a gable roof sunroom with 3″ inch thick insulation. This room will remain at a comfortable temperature for most of the year. They added a fantastic patio after with some ornate steps going up into the sunroom. Overall a really great looking place to relax and entertain!
