Carol Stream, IL patio enclosure completed in 2022. These homeowners had a back patio area they wanted to enclose for additional space for entertaining. We were hired to remove a portion of the patio, pour a new slab, and then install a new three season sunroom.
The final sunroom turned out great! The homeowners went with a three season sunroom, which means this room will maintain temperature the majority of the year. They also chose a lower profile studio roof which fits better with the silhouette of the home.
