Bloomingdale, IL Three Season Sunroom, completed 2022. These homeowners had a back patio they wanted to enclose with a sunroom addition. We tore out the existing patio, and dug a deep trench for the foundation. We were careful to leave as much of a patio they wanted to keep in tact.
The finished sunroom is spectacular! The homeowners installed a beautiful tile that imitates the look of hard wood diagonally, which tiles the interior together well. We added pine trim above the entry door, and left the exposed brick as an accent wall. Twin ceiling fans help maintain the temperature of the room along with a dedicated cooling unit.
