Barrington, IL screen room completed in 2022. These homeowners started off with a classic lean-to style sunroom they wanted to replace with a screen room. We tore down the old sunroom and build a new foundation. Each of our sunrooms comes custom made to order from Craft-Bilt Manufacturing.
This sunroom required laying a new subfloor for the sun to sit on top of. We did not need to remove the concrete trench, however, as this was already up to code.
The finished screen room features a studio style roof. Screen rooms feature an aluminum frame and custom screens for each window. These screens are double reinforced to prevent rips and tears.
