Hardwood floor is a popular request from our clients who want a low maintenance flooring option. Hardwood requires some regular upkeep to prevent scratching, however many people prefer it to tile or carpet. We are a premier Hoffman Estates, IL home remodeler. Before Photos
The old flooring in this homeowners house was a mix of hardwood, carpet, and vinyl planking. They wanted to replace all of it so that it flowed nicely together. The kitchen featured painted cabinets with laminate countertops.
In Progress Photos
During the renovation we removed all of the cabinets and countertops from the kitchen. In the rooms that featured wood paneling, there was no drywall behind it. We went through and replaced the insulation and added drywall before we could started on the floor. All of the old flooring had to be removed.
After Photos
The transformation is amazing! The white cabinets with the crown moulding looks excellent. We love the elongated honeycomb backsplash and the quartz countertops. The hardwood floors are absolutely gorgeous, trying the whole first floor together perfectly.
